A rare and beautiful decorative Christmas gift box containing a bottle of No 4711 Blue & Gold Eau De Cologne circa 1950s. This cologne is a little bottle of history, being the subject of a legal battle in 1953. Ideal for a vintage vanity display.

• In original 4711 branded Christmas gift box with mid-century Christmas pattern of flowers and ribbons.

Condition

The bottle has minimal wear. Unsealed, about two thirds full. It's very old so not recommended for wear on the skin, ideal for a vintage vanity display.
The box is in good condition with wear in particular to the edges and corners. The bottom and right edges of the lid are adrift yet the box is holding strong. There is a pinhole in the lid on the gold label edge. Inside of box is in good condition with a few small marks.
