Do I have to have an account to view your products?

No. All of our products are available online for everyone to see or buy. However, if you are a subsribe to our email updates you may be notified about new items before they become live on the website.

Someone gave me a gift voucher, how do I use it?

For a full guide to using Gift Vouchers on this site, please read the Gift Voucher FAQ. If your Gift Voucher was delivered by email and you have already opened an account with us your voucher may already have been added to your account. To view your gift voucher balance log in and view the your gift voucher balance in the left hand side of the page. Please contact us if you are unsure.

I can’t log in, the login page just keeps coming up again.

Sometime login problems on websites are caused problems with by ‘Browser Cache’. You may have found that using a different web browser solves your problem. Alternatively, in order to eliminate a problem causes by browser cache we simply delete (or ‘clear’) the browser cache:

  1. First find our which Internet browser you are using by clicking “Help” at the top of your Internet window. From the sub-menu  select the about your browser option. The exact menu option may read “Help | About Internet Explorer”, “Help | About Internet Explorer…” or “Help | About FireFox” or similar. Make a note of the browser name and version displayed here.
  2. Now to clear the cache. Visit This good step by step guide on how to empty clear browser cache in all popular Internet browsers.
  3. Once you have finished close and restart the Internet and try logging into your account again.


Where do I find measurements of your items, especially for bags, so I can tell how much stuff you would fit in there?

There is a ‘Size and fit’ tab next to the product description on each product page. Here you will find measurements and fit information or dimensions. If your web browser does not supports tabs you will find these details underneath the product description instead. If you find an item with these details missing please let us know and we will update the page as soon as possible.

I saw something on your site but now it’s out of stock. Will you be getting any more?

Much of our stock is vintage or pre-owned ‘finds’. As such, the items we sell will be one-offs or only available in small quantities. A similar product may come in stock at a later date so keep an eye on the site, you can receive product updates by subscribing to our newsletter or our twitter page. If a style proves popular we may be able to keep an eye out for more of them, so let us know if there is something you love!


Can I cancel my order?

Yes, under the UK’s Distance Selling Regulations you have the right to cancel your order within 7 working days and obtain a full refund, or store credit if you prefer. Some products are excluded from this law, please read our Returns Policy for more information.


Lovely site and gorgeous things but do you deliver to Jersey, Channel Islands?

Yes, we deliver internationally. To find out how much postage will be simply add the items to your cart, go to your shopping cart page and select channels islands from the postal calculator drop-down list. The calculator will update with the estimated postage cost for those items.

What if I’m not in when my item is delivered?

If you are likely to be at work when your item is due for delivery, you could choose your work address for delivery during checkout. To add a new address simply sign in to your account, visit your site map and click the address book link.
If you are out when an item is delivered to your home, your postman will leave you a card letting you know that a delivery has been attempted. The card should have instructions informing you on how to acquire your parcel. You will have 7 days from day the card was left to re-arrange delivery or collect it from your local post centre. After this date items will automatically be returned to us. If the item is returned to us in this way, we will need to charge again for postage before sending the item out again. We will contact you first.
All UK orders are sent with Royal Mail, so if an item has not arrived as expected it’s always worth contacting your local sorting office.


How do I know you have received my returned item?

All returns are processed within 3 working days of receipt. When your returned item has been processed you will be notified by email.
