All UK orders are sent by Royal Mail Signed service and international orders are sent by International Tracked & Signed or International Signed where possible.

Delivery fees are calculated automatically during checkout. Your postage charge is calculated according to the Royal Mail fees based on estimated weight of your parcel after packaging plus a nominal packaging cost of around 50 pence per item toward the cost of packaging.

If actual postage cost on the parcel comes to more than £1 difference from paid delivery get in touch and we’ll gladly refund the difference.

*International deliveries over 2kg are currently unavailable by Royal Mail and will be sent by Parcelforce, deliveries over 4kg are not currently available for international orders.

IMPORTANT: Any customs or import duties are levied once the package reaches its destination country. These and any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient.

As a guide only, in-stock items sent to you at a UK mainland address should arrive within 7 working days. Please expect longer dispatch times for made-to-order items. It is our aim that all purchases are received within 30 days of purchase, however we cannot guarantee it. In some rare cases an item may get lost in the post. Please contact us if your item is late and we will investigate. Please be aware that delays can occur in customs and these delays are outside of our control.

All items are well packaged. We are not responsible for items that get damaged or lost in bad postage areas. Our liability of any kind of late or damaged delivery is limited to the price of goods purchased less the delivery cost. Accountability of damage or loss to the goods passes on to you on delivery or, if you wrongfully refuse the delivery, when delivery is attempted.

Items will be dispatched to the address specified on the order. If you wish the item to be delivered to a friend or workplace, please ensure you supply the alternative address with your order. If there is no-one to sign for the parcel the delivery person will leave a card with parcel details at your address in your absence; you may have to arrange re-delivery or collect from your local Royal Mail depot. If an undelivered item is returned to us you will have to pay delivery charges again to have the item redelivered.
