1980's Black and White Cowl-Hip Dress Set

A typically 1980s draped black and white long-sleeve dress with gathered white cowl-hip detail and pleated shoulders which hang into a deep plunge v-neck over an integral black skirt section. The skirt section hangs just below the knee, the dress has two small shoulderpads and comes with matching black cami to wear underneath and matching belt with round buckle which sits over the eleasticated waist.
