Girls Vintage Broderie Anglaise Petticoat

Girls vintage 14 inch step-in white cotton petticoat. The top section is plain and constructed from three panels; two back panels and one front panel. The five inch scalloped hem section ios embroidered with satin stitch and Broderie Anglaise whitework. The waistband is elastic in a channel finished with zig-zag stitch. Looks adorable peeping out from under a skirt.
